Emerald Towers: Luxurious Beachfront Retreat in Destin

WELCOME TO EMERALD TOWERS Having spent years along the Emerald Coast, I take immense pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed beachfront sanctuary for our guests. Whether you're here to unwind to the sound of the waves, play a round of golf, or sample the finest local seafood, I am committed to making your stay seamless and memorable. A few property rules to make your stay more enjoyable: PROPERTY RULES • Skateboarding or rollerblading is not allowed on the premises. • Trailers, boats or motor homes are not allowed to be parked on the premises. • No pets, comfort animals, or emotional support animals allowed on property. ONLY ADA approved Service Animals allowed. • Feeding the seagulls could result in management asking the tenant to vacate premises. • Do not hang towels, bathing suits, flags, or items on the balcony rails. • Throwing objects of any kind from the balcony could result in eviction of tenant. • Grills are not permitted on balcony or patio. Natural gas grills are provided poolside. • No tents, canopies, umbrellas, or similar structures are permitted anywhere on Emerald Towers property, including the beach and easement areas. • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, including the first-floor gardens on either side of the Front Desk and the open-air terrace on the second floor above the Front Desk, and is prohibited in all other areas of the property. BEACH RULES The Emerald Towers beach is private property owned by Emerald Towers Owners and managed by Sun, Sand, and Sea Beach Service, hired by the Owners' Association for exclusive use of Owners and Guests. All guests must respect posted rules; those who fail may be asked to leave and restricted from future access. • No littering or glass containers are allowed on the beach. No walking, playing, or sitting on sand dunes or vegetative areas. • Cigar, pipe, and tobacco smoke may disturb others; smokers must extinguish or relocate when requested and dispose of all smoking materials properly. • The area directly in front of Beach Service umbrellas is reserved for the renting guest or owner, and additional personal chairs are allowed only with placement approval from Beach Service staff. • To maintain pedestrian access along the shoreline, personal chairs may not be placed between the surf line and the front row of Beach Service umbrellas. Private umbrellas, tents, tarps, and canopies are prohibited on the beach and easement areas, except for infant tents no larger than 3 ft x 3 ft; personal chairs are permitted only behind the designated Beach Service area, umbrellas must be rented through Beach Service, and all placement is subject to direction from the Beach Service attendant. POOL RULES • Pool hours: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM; maximum 19 people. • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult; infants 3 or younger must wear swim diapers. • No food, drinks, or glass within 4 ft of the pool. • No diving, running, or horseplay. No lifeguard on duty. • Do not stand on or remove rope dividers.
